What is an EH Link?

An EH Link (Electronic Authorisation Link) is an online service provided by HMRC that allows you to digitally authorise a tax agent or representative, like PAYEback, to act on your behalf. It’s a more modern and secure version of traditional paper-based authorisations, like the 64-8 form.

How does it work?

  • Once you provide your details, PAYEback will initiate the EH Link authorisation request

  • You will receive a notification from HMRC to confirm that you’ve authorised us to handle your tax affairs

  • After you approve the link, we can securely access your tax records, submit claims, and communicate with HMRC for you

The EH Link is a convenient and secure way to manage your tax affairs without needing to fill out paper forms. It ensures that the process is faster and allows you to track your authorisations online. Using this link, PAYEback can act on your behalf to submit your rebate claims, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
